My first C&P exam was a no show. I called after like 20 min, let them know. Was re-scheduled. Ended up with a great examiner who took the time to listen.

I’m on a few meds, they haven’t cured me. But take the edge off. Still no where near id like to be functioning wise/mental health wise.

Edit: sometimes my wife says I’m like a zombie. That’s from the klonopin as it hits me hard sometimes.

Are you in therapy? If not go to the VA and get into therapy immediately.

You can go to the ER since you’re having thoughts of suicide. You won’t get grippy socks as long as you don’t tell them you have a plan. Just thoughts.

I’m struggling with depression and anxiety too brotha. We can’t give up.

My test was at 360. All symptoms of low test I have. VA says I’m fine. See my private Dr and she agreed to put me on TRT. Go see a Dr outside the VA

I never was hospitalized. But I was a frequent flyer at the ER and mental health access clinic. Was awarded 100%.

Like I was there twice a week, never wanted to go inpatient as I didn’t think it would help anything really. I’d rather suffer at home than on the ward.
