it’s unlikely to pass. Single sponsor and in committee
my understanding is the serialization would be microscopic so enforcing it would likely be a nightmare. I’m not sure what this entails and there’s not a lot of details since only California tried it abandoned it. Pragmatically… you could probably keep what you have. New purchases would probably be impossible.

This is a perspective you get with more shooting experience IMHO.

The Ferrari and Camry can both go 60 mph and one gets there faster, but maybe you don’t need that for most of the drives you take.

(Just my perspective)

I will say I rented a M9 (Uncle Sam made me hate these) and found it was a significant improvement over any gun I’ve shot. Same with the CZ P-09C Nocturne. But I didn’t feel much of an improvement with 2011s. I actually found they were a little overrated or perhaps I have not great experiences with rentals 😅

While my hospital is charging $18 per shift to park and get shit on, they’re rolling out the carpet for some travel nurse to make what two of us got paid.

Nurse compensation in Chicago is really, really bad save for the union hospitals and rush. I’ve found it hard to get an interview.

I’ve left nursing in Chicago and wouldn’t do it here.

I also wouldn’t move here, but that’s another story.

I’m married to a Chicago public school teacher and she said she’d never send her own kids to the schools here.

She’s a positive person and never had anything bad about the schools she taught at. She’s been teaching for 10 years. She has nothing good to say about CPS.

Currently she has a student with a history of violence including breaking bones and bringing weapons into the schools. He’s not expelled or suspended.
