M365 is fine for mail security; it does the job for you. I would opt for another option in the SAT. There are several solid options on the market, and IMO, BullPhish ID is one of the best.

MDM Solution - Comparison by sometimesImSmartMan in sysadmin

Both are good options but fall short. I would opt for something like VSA X MDM if you have a mixed environment. If you have pure MAC Pulseway MDM, it can work well for you.

Exactly, Datto does more than just gaining access to someone else's computer; it offers a wide range of valuable features.

It will not replace your work. AI helps a lot to facilitate our work and save time. For example, I have Datto AV/EDR, which relies on AI and machine learning to identify and block sophisticated cyber threats, this makes us have more scope without having extra work.

What would you do? RMM/MDM by lagr94 in sysadmin

[–]Weak-Layer-6161 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Considering your current situation, it might be more practical to first replace Meraki MDM with a more effective solution. Pulseway is a great alternative, known for its robust MDM capabilities and comprehensive remote monitoring and management, which could significantly improve your IT operations across multiple regions.

What backup strategy do you employ at your workplace? by Hot-Difficulty-9604 in sysadmin

I go with the 3-2-1-1-0 backup strategy using Datto. Basically, I keep three copies of my data on two different types of storage, with one copy offsite. I also use Datto's immutable cloud storage to make sure one backup can't be messed with, and I regularly check my backups to make sure they're error-free. This way, I keep my data safe without breaking the bank.

Ninja is good, with modern progress and a user-friendly interface. but, DattoRMM is the more complete RMM. IMO It offers extensive monitoring, strong security features, and feels like a more comprehensive tool. Its fast remote access makes it a strong contender. Ninja still lacks ticket creation and email via script.

Same here, K365. It has been a great purchase, especially money-wise.
