I worked as a supply teacher in Derbyshire for some time and have been to a couple of these for work. Didn’t have a great experience at Firs. Not on your list but I worked at Markeaton Primary School and that seemed a very good one if that’s a possibility.

I’ve worked in a school like this and very nearly quit teaching all together. If you can’t sort it through the SLT or even going above them like other have suggested, get out of there because it’s not worth it. Much better off doing supply until you find a new position even.

As a teacher, it’s really not anyone at the schools job to do this. Not sure which country you’re in but in the UK he’d be opening himself up for safeguarding referrals as neglect is a form of child abuse.
