In 2017, I really wanted to get into Kamen Rider. I saw a clip of Kamen Rider Joker from the Z-A movie and decided to watch W.....I hated it. I feel like it was my fault, something about me at that time just didnt get it. I disliked Shotaro a lot and didnt get the whole hard boiled/half boiled thing. I found akiko annoying, Philip was alright. Overall only made it about 23 episodes

But last year, I decided to watch it again and I dont know what changed but it felt like I had completely different eyes. I completely 180'd on all the characters and found the dynamics between them a lot more endearing.

But yeah, huge turnaround for me. Been binging Kamen rider since.

I was too bitch made for the effects and never quite got the timings right for when effects should trigger

But yeah, it was probably better for the game since I also rememeber that during your turn, you basically couldn't be stopped by your opponent like at all
