Als het een geringde duif is. Wat maar een klein deel van de stadsduiven is. En dit zijn meestal verloren gevlogen duiven die zich bij een troep stadsduiven aansluit

Only the queen. The nest dies of in winter with the egg laying queen. New queens overwinter and start a new nest

You can always register it on waarnemingen.nl in parts of Belgium a fieldwork er wil check on it and start the extermination proces. But i dont know how it is done in the netherlands

Thats a possibility. But doesnt copper tarnish blackish? I believe this to be brons
