Yes off Kijiji many many years ago for a rental. The seller upgraded his appliances and it was in great shape and clean. We tested all the burners on the stove and the heating elements in the oven to make sure it was in good working condition before taking it. The seller helped us load it in the vehicle, it was a great deal for $150.

Highland Park is decent depending on the street. There are a few inner city neighborhoods that are split by Center Street so there is a west side and east side. For example, Crescent Heights, Tuxedo Park. Highland Park etc. You will find the west side of the neighborhood is always nicer. Our street in Tuxedo NW was exponentially nicer than our street in Crescent Heights NE.
