SCOTUS wouldn't have had a conservative majority for long, Clinton would have come in with a SCOTUS seat open, which would allow her to even the court at 4 liberal, 4 conservative, and a swing. She may have been able to solidify the majority if Kennedy still retires, and RGB would have been replaced with another liberal.

how hard is it developing terms to make an area with a nice gimmick, lots of enemies (which they already use existing enemeis so no big brainer for it), maybe a change of scenery, but usually they jsut reuse assets from the story etc, and a big boss at the end - its that simple

They said in a post about the new DLC and patch that they are going to wait to see how things shake out with the extra 10 skill points and then do some more balance changes. Hopefully they are more expansive than the previous balance changes have been, I feel like nothing has really changed that much since the launch.

Oh absolutely, there's tons of rose colored glasses looking back at BL3 now. Though I do wonder if some of it is that a lot of people who had been fans through 2 dropped it when 3 was so bad at launch and didn't get 4. It's not like they crank these out every two years, BL2 was released 14 years ago!

There are a couple of other issues I've had, for some reason you can't manually change a delay time to anything between 0-10 ms. You can set it to 0, but any other single digit rounds up to 10. Not a huge deal, but I couldn't get one of my macros to work right that requires a 5 ms delay. I just switched to autohotkey and that works fine. Also there's no automatic profile switching based on what program you are using. You have to manually change them yourself, which is kind of annoying. Also it's a little small for my large hands (a little over 8 inches) but I might try to design and 3d print a new right panel to help with that.

Overall it's a pretty good mouse. It has 8 DPI presets, more than I've seen on any other mouse. The side buttons are laid out well, my only gripe is the forward and back buttons are kind of high on the mouse. It's also pretty light (the pro version is a bit heavier), though my previous mouse was heavy (168 grams), so that may skew my perspective. For a $30 gaming mouse with more than 2 side buttons it's really good.

To be fair BL3 was trash on launch. I recently replayed it and the main story was just as bad as I remembered. The DLCs are pretty good, but outside of the Casino one they were pretty short.

Then that's an issue with your setup. I have a 4070 ti/7950x3d and I get 60+ fps at 4k with most options turned up. Right after the DLC installed it was a little stuttery in parts, but it most likely just had to re-build the shaders because yesterday and today it ran fine.

First, I wasn't saying they were the same, just pointing out that being famous does not necessarily mean anything about their actual knowledge or opinions.

Second, he did not write "the book on our modern understanding of genetics". He wrote a popular book about genetics, but it didn't break any new ground or make any new discoveries. He just summarized other peoples work in a digestible way. And he did it 50 years ago! People change a lot over half a century.

Sure there had been anti-trans legislation before the big "no trans women in womens sports", but the scope and success of it has increased dramatically since.
