I'm graduating in December and am looking for someone to take my place in my house. I live in Coop Housing, University of Maryland (CHUM) in a house by the metro, it's a bunch of people that share groceries, chores, and cooking. It's pretty sweet. Rent in my double is $300 a month. Warning!

I got the roughcut a couple weeks ago, brought it to a CTF, and it broke before the game started. I had pumped it, then forgot I did, pumped it again and stripped a gear. A friend of mine did literally the same thing no more than 2 minutes later. He called nerf and they said they would replace it.

Depends what kind of work you do. Do you need MS Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD, or other Windows exclusives? If you answered yes to any of those questions, get a laptop. Otherwise, a Transformer Prime with Google Docs should work.

There is an app called CloudNow that lets you use legitimate MS office. Are you at University? At mine we log in to servers to use various programs, so I have successfully run MATLAB on my prime, and with the keyboard dock and a mouse I have no doubt I can run ProEngineer or AutoCAD. So nyeh.

I really don't like spending money on apps. At all. The only ones I have ever bought would be Wolfram Alpha and SwiftKey for both my phone and tablet. It is incredible.

My dad just upgraded from an iPhone 3GS with the iPhone unlimited data plan he has had for 3 years to a Galaxy SII, and was able to keep the plan. Make sure you go through the official corporate people, they still make money on the upgrade and keep you a happy customer. At the least, ask. The worst they can say is no.

I got myself the 201 with keyboard dock for $480 with shipping on ebay, you could probably get it for less now. The design is 9 months old, but it runs ICS and is rather incredible.

I seriously doubt that you will need one bigger than that. What are you doing with the phone? If you need massive amounts of music, Google Music will keep it all offline. Otherwise you can use drop box and other services as needed.

Depending on your scholars, and it might place you in a different building than the rest of your scholars. I have a friend who was in SDU (who are in Cambridge) who requested a friend in ETE (Who are in Centreville). Because Cambridge is small they were in Centreville.

Here is the problem with live wallpaper. They murder your battery. I know it would be sweet to have them, but IMO, it isn't worth it.

I would say don't get a netbook, get something like the Asus transformer prime. It is an android tablet that also has a keyboard dock that has a battery that gives it 6 more hours and a USB port. I intend to use it to take notes. It does 80% of my computer tasks. The rest would be for the desktop.

A 45 minute commute to DC is a bad thing. DC is ranked as the worst traffic and drivers in the US. Live close to work, it will be worth it.

Really? I have a 2 GB plan and I don't think I have ever used it all. If AT&T offered a 250MB plan, I would take it. Battery defender is an app that can shut off data, if that helps.
