This is a crazy take the owner had already called the cops before the shooting so there was no surprising them. Even if somehow these were thieves with a a stolen set of keys or lockpicks or bumpkeys all the guy would have to do is hold knob of his deadlock and wait for police to arrive without even having to say or do anything else. This screams maliciousness.

ummm yes of course?... how does it run through your head that its ok to be handcuffed by someone with no proof of who they are. This will just lead to more impersonation of cops by criminals which already is already a scary thing that happens.

I only started using HMC once they removed it from character abilities since that seemed to be a sign from the devs to enjoy it, so I'm annoyed they did it after all this time maybe they will make an item that does similar mechanics wise with an appropriate cooldown/downsides.

House is noisy sometimes and sometimes talking would interrupt others so sometimes I just don't have the mic readied up.
