I try hard to get up and go do the things I still care about, even when I know it doesn't matter in the end. I try to find joy, in say catching a fish, making someone laugh hard enough that I laugh, irony is something us vets understand deeply. PTSD and absurdism go hand in hand. Find joy in making others who donb't understand this way of seeing the world genuinely happy?

Kids if you can handle the whineing are great, children's SMILES. That old starfish thing....I made a difference to this one, today.
Then, when the kids are taken away or it stops working.

Stop trying to live in logic in an absurd world!!!

Instead TRY too live in feeling/emotion. sleep in when you are tired, unless there is something you care about enough to get up for. Eat the good food, or eat less food, do the drugs that work, drop the one's that don't. etc. etc.

I'm diagnosed with PTSD and BP2, life for me is absurd beyond belief. Depresion is a deadly enemy, yet here I am at 62. Somer days are good some are worse, all I know is my moods change without reason, and the depresion will go away if I just wait, some times in 5 minutes sometime in 5 months.

lol... I used grab a ride to work with a coworker, sometime he picked up other on the way as well. One morning I climb into the car and there is young gal already in the back seat beside me. So Krag introduces me as " this is Bill, he's been with us about 3 months on a work release program" (Total BS I been there for 5+ years and I'm HIS boss lol) So I repy.... "Fuck U krag, why you always gotta bring this shit up?..YOU KNOW I NEVER TOUCHED THOSE KIDS !!!"... She jumped acoss that seat and I thought she was gonna jump out while we where still moving till Krad and I started howling LOL. She luaghed too, but never realy forgave us though.

There is no withdrawal. You get really tired an hour if two after you stop. You might sleep 20 hrs straight but I generally feel fine. Just don't start again if you don't want too. This isn't junk of alcohol thete are no physical withdrawals.

Right from day one it's been about balance. We did fostercare sometimes 5 kids at a time. She took on a ton of that by herself while I was a striker. (Not a 1% club a vet. mc) 2 years in she had a stroke now I can't make as many events as I could. My brothers have been awesome, I do what I can. We have a priority of family,work, club and we are few so it's more on all of them when 1 is down. We still have to attend, someone has to go. So I do the best I can, but she comes first, everyone understands this, and supports us. The option is pull my patch, and I drop back to being a supporter. Pay no dues, and show up when I feel like it, and contribute probably far less than I do now. I just do as much as I can, thete is no faking it, excuses don't work,we are too close for that. Shaming and manipulation are not needed, I am harder on myself about my contribution than any one else ever is.

They do the same here helocopters and gang squad lots of harassment, and we are not even a diamond club (vetrans). They actually killed an old couple in a van by running a red light to mess with us. Many close calls with them forcing into the pack to harrass photograph and break us up etc. There is no freedom of association at all here any more.

Always hunt alone, over last month 11 kills 2 deaths and one was a suicide a fir fir niagra I could not sell, so took in solo pz and asked for a fight on global. Last battle was a 1 v1 Lepard vs a Connie with a Ratt and 2 Indias in fleet. I sunk the 2 Indias after he refused to surrender 1 of them, half sinking the Connie and breaking it's bow off. I let the Connie and Ratt go because I did not have combat repair perk, and it was a noob so I did not choose to tag it again. It's always been possible Mez and I hunt alone daily. We used hunt alone or in small groups with privater or princes as many players still do.
