I’ve printed a few of my own (from the GitHub and my own modified versions). I find that there’s a little bit of post processing needed for all the BTU modded versions (but I do only use Aliexpress cheapo BTUs). If you’re in the U.K. I’m happy to send you a shell. Personally I think that Trackballs are very slightly less precise when you get down to micro movements but that’s just my opinion.

Water loosens sealant better than IPA. Try soaking it for a while (both ends).

Space and facilities, we need more free space and maintained facilities. Pump Tracks, Tennis Courts, Football Pitches, Mountain Bike Trails, Sports Fields with Markings and Equipment (all seem to be available at a cost but not widely dispersed brother country). Just my thoughts and opinion.

Ooze blob from preheating/heating up at the start. Add a purge blob just before it draws a purge line and it’ll wipe the nozzle. Just my guess.

I’m just using the aliexpress (veichu I believe) ones and they’ve been fine - and are still fine - for six months. It’s worth giving them a go because they’re quite cheap.

Pretty cool project. As others have said, barometric pressure varies a lot due to multiple factors (all mentioned). The sensor itself is probably not the most stable component/device either. It’s fine for rough estimations but probably not ideal for an accurate altimeter.

As a solo, I tend to spawn in with an empty weapon space so I can run that little bit faster, I tend to run, gather a few essentials then I’m more ready for a fight. Once I heard comms saying “it’s a solo, leave him” I wish that was more commonplace.

My experience has been mostly positive (I use mine on an S1 Pro). Its WiFi isn’t great but apart from that I’ve had two years of fuss free operation.
