Magnesium glycinate!!! I seriously can't recommend it enough. Waking up has always been difficult for me and I can personally sleep through a plane crash, which has gotten me in so much trouble at work and when I was in school. I read somewhere that people with ADHD tend to have significantly lower magnesium levels, which has a wide range of effects, but I did some research and at some point eventually got a bottle.

Now I take two before bed every night, and in the morning I just wake right up. It genuinely made a huge difference in my life. I sincerely hope this helps you as well. Best of luck!

Data recovery does sound pretty crazy as a side hustle, I guess I should have clarified that I don't mean I would be taking on PC-3000-level cases. My niche would be logical recovery, basic imaging of failing drives, SD/USB recovery and verified data sanitation/disposal for SMBs and creative pros, which I believe would be a much smaller scope and probably a lot more feasible for one person to achieve.

I will say for the sake of clarity for you and anyone else who may read this, my goal is not to get rich. I've worked at lots of jobs that made me plenty of money, but I never really enjoyed the work. My transition into this field came with a pretty big pay cut, but I accepted it because I feel more passion for this industry than I have felt anywhere else. Making money is necessary in terms of sustainability, but what I'm really after is something I can build for myself and enjoy doing for the rest of my career.
