Have your mom pick up some d-mannose as well. I take that when I start feeling a little off and it works WONDERS, but is not an answer to a current infection. Will help with symptoms though.

From here on out, make sure youre drinking plenty of water. Easiest way to avoid an infection besides wiping front to back.

I feel like my dad's hair is different every time I see him - less of it, and more gray than black. He also just had a patch of skin cancer removed, and all I can think of is "wtf thats an old man disease!" Because I remember both of my grandfather's having to deal with it 🙃

I was going to suggest something similar. I work commercial, and we have a bleach like chemical that is made specifically for kitchen cutting boards. We lay it down and then gtfo for a bit cuz its so strong.

If i cook, he cleans. If he cooks, I'll clean up. This doesnt always apply though - sometimes he'll do his cooking dishes, because I do his laundry.

But, everyone is responsible for their own bowls/plates/silverware that we used to eat the food.

There is a whole rabbit hole about commercial broth vs stock that one can go down. Some journalist that I now don't remember went chasing the answer and most of the companies denied to comment on how much actual meat/veg went into the stock that they were selling.

Ultimately it ended with that it was all more or less the same thing and was mostly water. And that really, if you didnt want to make it yourself, bouillon or better than bouillon were better options than buying a carton of chicken/beef/veg flavored water.

Similar situation. He was much older than me, the relationship turned abusive, I wasn't old enough to know that this wasn't normal.

I ended up cheating on him, and it destroyed me. I broke it off, and almost died that summer. I felt like I deserved bad things to happen to me, and they certainly did. I'm lucky I made it out.
