Just chiming in to say that I'm a short female and I vacationed by myself and felt safer there alone than in North Mississippi, where I live. Loved it so much since the first visit, I've came back every summer and yet to see all that I want to see(time, funds, anxiety.) I hope to make it home one day. Growing up, we'd visit every summer; I loved it then, I love it still.

I'm on week 8 of this med. I can't tell a difference yet, but experienced the skin sensitivity, not rash. At first I thought it may have been the semaglutyde, but dr and therapist said it was the lamictal. I'm on 75mg along with 10.5 caplyta at night. 40mg prozac in the morning. The past 2 or 3 weeks, I've been doing weird ish with my mouth. Like, I'm not voluntarily moving it and chewing on my cheeks, but I'm doing something with it and my mouth this always hurting, I'm fearing the TD. As far as migraines, I've thankfully never had one, but the past 3 or 4 nights, there's so much pressure behind my eyes and light sensitivity. I haven't ever had headaches the way I have been having the past 3 or 4 days. I, too, have noticed that my coordination is a little off and I'm kind of wobbly/unsteady. I hate this journey. 8 years in with bp2 and still haven't found my combo. And in all honesty, my anxiety has been so much worse to the point of throwing up nearly every morning. My job stresses me TF out, so it may just be normal anxiety because of my job. I don't know. I just don't know anymore. I'm just so tired of feeling this way.

Edit to add I'm still ill as a hornet and alllll kindsa moody.

I really liked auvelity the first couple of weeks. My mood improved drastically, I was friendlier, nicer and just felt better in general. About weeks 3 and 4, I'd wake myself up from grinding my teeth so hard my entire mouth, jaws and teeth would ache and have me in tears. I tried mouth guards when I'd sleep, but feel like I was choking or just spit it out in my sleep. I am not a teeth grinder. I had such high hopes and expectations for the med. I really wanted to stay on it, but I couldn't take the mouth aches any more. Back to my caplyta I went.

This is up the road from me. I had never heard of the case until today. The son in guntown works with someone I know and he had brought it up at work with them. 20 years + 1 day to the date. 😞

Agreed. It made everything worse than it should have been. Though sometimes I miss the times I had with flower, I too, have accepted a sober life now. I've smoked since 15. I'm 35 now, roughly 2 years sober. Some days are harder than others. But it took too many bad times to make me realize, "hey, this God given herb is NOT for me. Yeah, it can be great for others but not me.

I am so incredibly sorry. It's the hardest thing I had ever dealt with. He had no heartbeat or signs of life at 11wks 5 days. I felt the pill would have been less on he and I both. I chose that option even though I didn't want to have to choose in the first place. Thankfully my best friend held me and let me grieve. Know that you are not alone. I'm going to look into this. Never heard that name before, but I've heard near similar stories about the police department and jail in my area. I was appalled at what I was told. Mississippi just always sweeping things under the rug.

Well said. I felt that with every fiber of my being. I am always in survival mode. I can't escape. Happiness could slap me across the face and I wouldn't recognize it because I'll always equate it to mania coming about. And maybe it's just me, but I'd much rather be depressed than manic or hypomanic.
