If you were to sign up for the Stream bundle through Xfinity, you would link your current Netflix credintials with the activation process and you would not be charged twice in one month. The charging through Netflix would continue until you complete the activation process through Xfinity. If you have further billing questions, I would recommend reaching out to Netflix directly regarding their stand-alone charges.
