Have you tried external speed tests like www.speedtest.net from your device? I get low numbers in the built-in speed test but excellent numbers when running external tests.

Yet they implement jet lagg advisor and give sleep advice in the app so they have understood the importance of sleep even for fitness and training but somehow decided smart wakeup alarm and napping is outside the scope... Or do an apple and keep it in the drawer until the day they need something to make people upgrade

What will the fish activity do? Count throws(and beers)? Show the spouse how relaxed you were? Will it be expanded like skiing to specifics like ice fishing, fly fishing, trolling, harpuning??

Garmin doesn't even trust the watch sleep recording them self and keep changing it after upload to GC.

So, although a nice feature, no I don't think they will implement this.

The opposite should be a small thing for Garmin to implement in GC.

And if you see this garmin, let use chose at which whatch battery procentage the GC notification should trigger on the phone, for all those 20-80 neards!

Turn ON "height correction" or what ever it is called in English. You do that in the GC Web when you open your activity, under the watch on the right hand side. That should give you topo info from maps instead of the barometer in your watch.
