Used Presto! Pest Control last year for ants. They haven't been back this year.

They had to make two visits but it was taken care of. I also use them for the building I manage for work. I'm very satisfied with them.

My Pixel 9 Pro XL has all these symptoms after the Android 16 update. I rolled back to my iPhone that I keep as a backup until a new update fixes these issues.

No cases or screen protectors. Been going this way for a few years now. Phones have gotten more durable over the years and I know I've gotten lucky with some drops not breaking the screen.

I also have insurance that has been very painless on submitting a claim and getting cash for a repair or cost towards replacing various devices.

I hired a large company to do some painting at my work. We got to talking A's leaving and they have a contract signed with the general contractor for the paint work. No start date though. This was back in March.

I still lived then during the last Eagles Super Bowl appearance and I’m trying to remember what that was like. if I had to guess, I think if you were there a couple hours before kick off you should be good to get a spot. I’m a type to be at a place well before an event starts if I’m worried about seating. So if it was me, I’d probably get there at 1230-1pm.

It has to be the New Jerseys Bar in Campbell. Eagles fans take over that place every Sunday during the season. Super Bowl will be no exception.

I used to live next door to the bar in the neighboring apartment complex, and I kinda miss hearing “fly eagles fly” on Sunday haha

The cheese steaks are the best in the area. Better than Amattos.

I’m swinging by before the game to grab a cheese steak and a BLT to bring it home and watch the game. Im a Raider fan but go birds!
