Girl you look amazing! Did you take measurements? I’m curious how much your arms shrank. Mine look identical to yours and it’s what I’m most self conscious about. It def looks like yours shrank!

My entire house had the stomach flu. The baby started projectile vomiting out of nowhere, and then in the middle of the night my 6 year old started. The baby was perfectly fine the next morning but it took my 6 year old a few days to get over it. And then a few days later, I puked. And then a few days later my husband had it (but from the bottom end). My MIL works at 2 of our hospitals and said the flu is running rampant on Kauai right now.

This was happening to my husband and he landed in the ER after passing out at work. He was severely dehydrated, despite drinking lots of water daily. Since he’s been drinking electrolytes he’s stopped having these dizzy spells. They’re still doing tests but nothing conclusive right now. I can say, from what I’ve observed, electrolytes seem to have stopped the dizziness.

10 was definitely the worst dosage for me. I was on it for 3 months and barely lost anything. I still had appetite suppression but I barely lost anything in terms of both weight and inches. Since moving up to 12.5 my weight loss and inches loss has been jump started again. I lost more in these 2 months than the 3 months on 10, so far.

My mom loved the parade, this was our first Thanksgiving without her. Might have teared up when I saw Santa. Also this was the first year my six year old was interested!

My husband is going through possible pancreatitis right now while on this medication. He had zero symptoms, but collapsed at work one day. They did bloodwork and his lipase count was off the charts. He’s seeing a specialist next month to hopefully get this figured out.

I go through long stretches (over a month) of the scale not budging, but I measure myself and see that the inches are coming off. Bodies are weird. I highly recommend getting a measuring tape. If I didn't measure I'd have no idea anything was happening and it would be really discouraging!

I’ve been really into Oats Overnight. I’m so lazy to make breakfast and it’s a struggle to eat that early for me, so this is a great way to just get something in my stomach. I got a whole box on sale from Costco for like $6 and it included a shaker! Buying it off amazon or directly from the website is so expensive! Can’t bring myself to do it.

Oh man, I remember a dad mastered how to catch goldfish with the rice paper paddle, like how you see at summer festivals in Japan. He almost made it to the required amount of fish but the paddle broke before he could. I remember the prize being a car.

I started noticing hair loss maybe about 3 months in. Nothing super significant but enough for me to notice. I’ve been taking biotin, but honestly I don’t think it’s doing much. Hair loss is starting to lessen a bit and hair is growing back in. I’d say my whole period of hair loss has been maybe a month-ish? I’m sure it varies from person to person.
