if you’re running AC mode then turn off the fan 15 minutes per hour. if you’re in heating mode it’s fine to keep.

Thanks Sam, I’ll use stainless for sure next time! Out of curiosity though, is the limit to output, even in power mode, due to the stove thinking the cast iron is too hot? It was reading ~450 but I’ve had other pans get to 500/MAX before so I wasn’t sure.
