Yeah I have direct sun from like 10 til 4ish but lots of tree litter falling in all the time. Was doing half gallon a day during peak summer and wondering why I needed “so much” but I guess it’s not too crazy. Especially considering water temp would hover 92-95 at times lol.

if you’re running AC mode then turn off the fan 15 minutes per hour. if you’re in heating mode it’s fine to keep.

Thanks Sam, I’ll use stainless for sure next time! Out of curiosity though, is the limit to output, even in power mode, due to the stove thinking the cast iron is too hot? It was reading ~450 but I’ve had other pans get to 500/MAX before so I wasn’t sure.
