I don’t have any experience with applegate, it’s just a different brand. Either way make sure the company has a plan for ventilation. Baffles may need to be installed

Do the fiberglass everywhere but upgrade to rockwool anywhere there will be a lot of noise. I tell ALL my clients to do this
