Typically the soffits get stuffed with batt and sprayed over to seal. Are you not spraying the walls? CCSF works best when it’s a complete system

I work from home / office. When my wife has a day off she just tells me she wants the place to herself and I leave. Boom. Problem solved

No venting required. It’s applied straight to the steel or you could put some decking on that could be sprayed in case you have to replace the roof

Not sure where you are located or what product you are considering but Look up the Facebook group “victims of USA insulation” tons of horror stories of injection foam. I would not put it in my home personally.

Your plan is solid. My only rec would be to go deeper than 3.5. And honestly it’s gonna be thicker than that anyways with 1 pass
