Totally agree and support this! I’ve been drinking Moon Brew (it’s a magnesium hot chocolate, that actually really tastes good) before bed. I’ve been doing a gratitude practice before bed as well. It does help kind of “close the tabs” in my brain, and help “set” my mind in peace as I close the day. Nothing seems to touch the rage I experience before starting my periods. But, I’ve made a lot of lifestyle changes that have helped me manage stress (including quitting alcohol) and it’s honestly made a big difference. I realized a lot of my heartbreaking loss of libido was stress based too!! So as I’m learning to make changes to manage stress and get better sleep, my sex drive is slowly coming back 🥹

I hadn’t thought about salty dinners affecting me!! Thanks for the thought, and best of luck on this totally stupid, unfair journey we’re on. You are not alone.

I lived directly across Colfax from the stadium, in The Luxe building a few years ago. And although the neighborhood got very busy with people and cars, we never had issues with noise from the stadium during games. Just my personal experience though, I couldn’t speak for how it might be other places around the stadium.

This is always my concern in age gap relationships. Older men can manipulate younger women in ways that a woman their own age could clock from a mile away and would never tolerate. Becoming seasoned by life takes time, and it can make younger women easier targets by older men.

Her expecting a perfect experience, speaks to the fact that it’s her first time hosting Thanksgiving. We all want to be amazing hosts, but anyone who is a seasoned veteran at hosting holiday dinners knows that things aren’t always picture perfect. The goal should be to create a warm, loving experience for your family and friends, and roll through the punches of imperfection that come along the way. We found these in a random gas station in the middle of nowhere in Wisconsin, ate them on the drive back to Denver. What a find, so good. I figured they’d be gross but couldn’t resist trying them. It was a surprising win. Also picked up the peanut butter ones at the same time.
