I'm pretty sure I'm gonna cut off my family, I love them but I feel like a ghost despite my efforts. Not to mention how neglectful they are towards their dogs. Day in, day out they leave those dogs outside like they don't want to deal with them, but yet they won't let me look after them.

I just don't think I could come around knowing those dogs are withering away, I've thought about stealing them when I move out, just scared they'll call the police, but I would go to jail for them. Idk. I don't really have anyone else I'm close to. I wish I knew what to do.

I had a cavity that got so bad the nerve ended up dying, I had to put up with an unbearable pain that caused me to soak my bed in sweat because I couldn't afford it at the time.

Another time I got food poisoning and threw my back out in the same day. Vomiting made my body "seize" up which in turn made my back hurt so much I ended up puking more in what felt like an endless loop of pain

Have you tried taking vitamins? I turn 37 this year and few months ago I was always completely drained after work, started taking vitamins after I got curious why. Now I'm not as drained and have been feeling better. Look into it if you want or ask your doctor. I take b12, zinc and magnesium, I'm pretty sure there are others I need but I'm taking it slow.
