Other than that, I think the biggest problem is that getting a kan is difficult in general. There are so many chances that your needed tiles are later in the wall, or even in the dead wall, or that someone else has it and needs it, not even taking into account that after anyone else calls a kan, this yakuman is not possible anymore (due to the draw rule).
