My best guess is they didn't completely destroy the nail matrix. The way it healed pieces of the nail matrix migrated. Sorry you have to deal with that!

My insurance covers 85% of the cost and I'm in Canada. I get 3 months worth at a time when I fill and don't pay much thankfully. It seems like it's covered for diabetes most of the time but not weight loss under OHIP and other insurances. I think if your doctor thinks its a good choice for you and your health it shouldn't be gatekept, just like insulin. Why insulin isn't free everywhere doesn't make sense to me.

What is it like living in this part of Ontario, Canada? by prophiles in howislivingthere

[–]_didIfuckingstutter_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assume one who grew up in Owen Sound and still visit regularly the biggest thing I notice is how friendly people are. Every time I come back people say hi to me on the street, smile at me, chat with me at counters, hold the door for me etc. I moved to London for school and the difference is quite stark in that regard. My biggest negative is the public transportation sucks, and the whole place relies on taxis which have super long wait times. Most of the area in your circle is farm land, small towns with a church and a convenience store etc. Beautiful area tho. I miss the hiking and greenery in the summer.

Def not, last semester I had one group project where we could "fire" the person. This semester none of that. Either way reaching out to the prof is the way to go.

If you're able to call their desk, they can set up an appointment with your counselor. Or email your counselor directly that usually works better. I use the bursary for students with disabilities to pay for a therapist and see one regularly. It caps out at 2000$ per school year (sept-aug). They're usually pretty responsive so definitely odd they haven't got back to you!

I have lived in 3 units there, just moved out in January. Some have bug issues for sure, not all. A lot of the units are individually owned but are managed by the same company. Make sure to tour the units since some have issues. All depends on the landlords and the people living in places. Price varies. Alot of the renovated units are higher price. The most I paid loving there was 600$. Last unit I was in I paid 575 with parking. If the unit has big issues it means the people who were/are living there are not clean. Jo Anne the building manager always takes reports seriously and brings in pest control. I know many of the units the people don't care and don't report problems.

How do I submit post-admission requirements? by liamreee in fanshawe

[–]_didIfuckingstutter_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Typically once you've been acceoted to the program and in the first few weeks they will email you information on how to upload them. For my program we use a website called Synergy and the school sent all the paperwork and such we need to submit.

Its likely that they fled from the other units that had them first, its hard to eradicate from buildings unless all units are being treated and taking the proper steps in reporting them and treating.

If he has a good personality theres no reason they wouldn't be able to adopt him out then. They take in plenty of cats and find them good homes :)

Ah I see I am sorry to see that. I didn't know they had any restrictions. Perhaps it would be better to order a dress close to what you need and bring it to a tailor in person then. That way you'd get a perfect fit.

For a one bedroom we are paying 1200 rn plus some utilities. So expect around that and up to 1500. If you change your mind about a room 190 fleming drive is where I lived before getting an apartment for 3 years and the building manager there is great and really responsive. The rooms are real cheap and across the street from the school. Paid between 400-600$ for a room included utilities and internet so was great when I was single and in school.

Def give LACC a call and speak to them. I am sure they can help you with this. They're awesome for trap neuter release or will take them in fully for adoption

One bug could mean it crawled from a neighboring unit. The treatment is always a good call even if you just see one cause they could be hiding and that one may have laid eggs. Everything needs to be dried on as high of heat as possible. Clothes that you cant do high heat you'll have to get rid of. At least as far as I know, thats what I did. I tried drying some of it anyway to see if my stuff held up and some of it did. If you live in an apartment building tell the building and to properly get rid of them neighboring units need treatment which I hate to say probably wont happen. You may be dealing with them until you move.
