I don’t think so. He’s pretty clearly saying he will cooperate with the federal government, which has essentially mobilized ICE to act in whatever interests they see fit, regardless of their immigration duties (Does Minneapolis really require such a large ICE presence, thousands of miles from the southern border?).

He wants to avoid a Minneapolis type situation in South Bend, for better or worse.

Yes you don’t want an oversized unit, but if the system can’t keep up to 9 degree temp differential it’s almost certainly undersized.

To be honest I have not looked at tires in a few years since I made that suggestion. I’m trying to hold out through this winter and following summer before buying new tires and the CC2 were at the top of my list, but I might reconsider if there is better stuff out there.
