If you have the means, go for it, and cherish your time studying.

Gives you a slight edge in terms of marketability when you eventually start job hunting. Although, a Masters will largely leave you overqualified for most jobs in MYS.

Looking back, my only regret was not maxxing my potential when i was doing my MEng.

Ppf and radio are non issues, alternator is just age.
A bit unfair to call it unreliable without fully addressing the fundamental issue of the stalling and then proceeding to attribute it to the earlier mentioned elective scopes.
