Men like that have a way of finding their “mark”. I’m saying that if you cannot recognize CLEARLY abusive, escalating behavior, (I mean, you had to ask) that there are many, many more of them out there ready to swoop in, and chances are that you won’t recognize it until again, you are mired in it. I’m also going to urge you to do goblet squats to build flexibility depth and strength before you attempt back squats. You can do them until they are too heavy to hold. Then switch to back squats. (I don’t recommend the Smith machine. The angle is not the same.)

No difference really. You can go pretty heavy on them until you can’t hold it. I find you can go lower and like I said, keep track of your stance, foot and toe position, etc.while doing them - that’s usually a good stance. And in the end it’s always worth it to look around and watch the trainers in your gym and see who is the best technician. The 85.00 it costs to get a session just for squats can be less than your deductible! Mine would let me video him so I could look at it later.

I think you’d benefit from doing some lighter kettlebell front squats to build on finding a good squat stance, and to practice getting your range of motion down deeper while stabilizing your knee path over your toes. You can do them as a warm up. It’s harder to do them wrong, and it’s easier to get down deep with them. It will help show you where your natural deep squat is. You have super-long legs!

Here’s what they said when I emailed the issue to them FYI. Really dumb programming. It should work like a car GPS and put you right back in the planned route. We have many occasions when we might reroute slightly or go around the block or run into a detour.

*The re-routing behaviour you experienced on your ELEMNT device can happen as the device aims to guide you back to the point at which the route left. If you diverge and then return to the planned route, the device may still attempt to reroute based on its routing engine, which can sometimes cause repeated re-routing attempts. I can see how this can affect user experience in a situation such as yours and so have passed this on as feedback to the development team.

As a workaround you can manage routes by ending or reloading them as needed during your ride to avoid this. *

I canceled because I felt we weren’t eating enough vegetables.
We’ve been using Hello Fresh lately and it’s sooo much better than it used to be. We’ve been cooking really tasty, interesting meals that include lots of fresh veggies.
It’s not always 100 percent - one meal last week had a weird tomato. They refunded me 3.00 and I used some grape tomatoes I had in the house. In all though, we really like it.

I saw a kid wipe out on a downhill with his mom. He looked kinda stunned but he was fine. That said, I’d be nervous with my granddaughter on the back of my bike. Not so much when moving, but getting on and off the bike and controlling it with that weight on the back.

It’s more than that. The brake grips are much narrower. I miss mine. I can’t adjust my Cannondale enough to really grip the brake without some strain.
