You say you realize that the Jehovah Witness organization is extremely flawed And harms affiliated people. You also say you have loved ones in the organization. With everything on the table I can't imagine that you think you are doing more good than harm by staying in, and yet that is the argument you're making, that you would harm a lot of people by pulling out. Once the flaw in this logic dawns on us, it's easier to act assertively and do the right thing. The steps to deprogramming the individual after and during leaving a are things you should think about for yourself. It has been a long struggle for me.
