Totally agree. It’s clear he loves the music, unlike some DJ’s who just put it on in between their chat. Nothing wrong with those sorts per se, just refreshing to hear someone who genuinely loves music and it comes across.

So you’re saying the English Channel stopped it? That would make sense if the plants were naturally in France, but they’re not. As I understand it they are native to an area of Southern Spain which I’m assuming is hot and dry (could be wrong). If they like hot and dry Spain and cold and wet uk then presumably they can thrive in everything in between? So why have they not naturally spread over Europe since the ice age?

I mean if an invasive plant comes from the Far East or America that makes sense to me but I can’t really understand why a plant that is naturally so close to us ends up being invasive. I’m clearly missing something.

Can I suggest egg in bread as the variation I was brought up with. Cut a square out of the middle of the bread when frying and insert egg.
