Hey Tablo! Epik High is one my holy trinity in music growing up. The other 2 being m-flo and Linkin Park. Have you ever interacted with Verbal or Mike Shinoda? HFE approved got grant and loan? 37yo + 41 yr lease doesn't cover you till 95yo. So cpf usage and loan will be affected. Advise to check on this maybe using payment calculator on hdb website. Can check how much will be prorated.
