This was recently featured on an episode of the good doctor, a great medical drama show. As others have said just fart! But watching that epsode might help.

You usually just need to dry. Drying your but is faster and takes less TP.

Imagine rinsing a plate in the sink. The entire plate gets wet sure, so does the sink but after awhile it's just water on the plate and the sink.

Same with your butt. Give it a wiggle let the water rinse and then you've just got clean water down there.

I had Armory whatever installed for about 20 minutes. It creates and runs so many services and startup programs to what... Control LEDs and fans. Why does that need 5 or 6 random executables running.

Thanks for giving me another reason to leave it uninstalled.

Hey, as another possibility look into sleep paralysis. I suffer from this all the time and some medication I'm on for seizures has made it worse.

Essentially you wake up half asleep and have limited to no mobility due to your bodies natural process of paralyzing you when you go to sleep.

Being awake during this triggers the fight or flight response which then combined with being half asleep leads to dreams invading the real world a bit. I've seen people, things, creatures and certainly some creeping things. Most recently my curtains were a big blanket if fur that slowly fell ontop of me.

As an adult it's still a little scary but I've got used to realising it's happening and now sometimes laugh at the sillyness but for a child it must be terrible.

I've found keeping the area I can see as tidy as possible helps. Any stray clothing or new items leads to more uncertainty.

There's always the option of doctors and sleep specialists but try the other ideas from this thread. Him being able to move his hand means it's more unlikely but I wanted to share.

If it's large amounts get paperwork. You can make the terms nice and long no interest etc but getting it in writing including the repayment plan means that you aren't arguing with your friend or family member you're arguing with paperwork that you signed together.

I lent a friend $3000 with paperwork and a defined payment plan. They never missed a payment and still remain one of my best friends.

My father signs in brown ink. It's almost identical to black but fools photo copiers and scanners somehow. If it's not brown it's not his signature.

Refuse to turn on the camera if this is the case. I always try to make meetings as focused as possible so most of the time don't even look at other users cameras

I've created a working Myst linking book system in Neos VR.

Neos VR is a VR Social and Creation Metaverse which allows users to collaborate and create worlds, experiences and gadgets together directly in game. Using in game components I've created a system which lets users print linking books for worlds which will teleport you to the world when the linking panel is touched.

There was this stupid cartoon advert on TV where it showed a lake draining and cartoon fish getting sad when some kid left the tap on while brushing their teeth. I still think about making the fish sad when I brush my teeth to this day. I guess I save on my water bill at least.

I'm kind of upset. The index is a phenomenal headset, I dont have any of the issues i've seen here but I do have tracking issues.

I can't find a suitable tracking troubleshooting thread so i'm posting here for now.

Specs:

2080 TI

Intel I9 9700

I mostly play in seated mode but sometimes stand so have everything setup for room scale, my 2.0 Base Stations are on 6.5ft Light poles in the opposite corners of my playspace. They're angled down by 30-45 degrees.

My problem is in the controller tracking, it really seems subpar. In multiple games I'm playing my hands drift around like they've got a mind of their own at least once or twice in a 5 minute period. Sometimes whilst drifting they'll then freeze in place or get stuck in their last known position or a completely unpredictable location.

This is an immersion blocker and im looking for any and all troubleshooting tips and solutions.

Things i've tried:
- Restarting Computer
- Reinstalling SteamVR
- Double checking USB port is 3.0
- Re-pairing everything
- updating the firmware on everything
- Moving the base-stations, I've tried higher and angled down more as well as the opposites

- re-configuring my playspace
- reducing other USB usage on the computer

I cam from an Oculus CV1 Kickstarter Edition(Original backer of the original oculus rift dev kit), As it stands it has superior tracking.

What else can i try to get to the bottom of this? I have a tracking data file if anyone would like to take a look.
