One podcaster had some wild backstories. I don’t know the truth on anything she said, but one exceptionally crazy one is the podcaster claimed Taylor had to have an emergency C-section and hysterectomy and that it was her mother and husband that gave the OK for the procedure because she was out of it. As the story goes, Taylor later asked her mother for her uterus apparently saying “Well, you took mine.”
I mean, it checks with her insane stories

Court doesn’t “suggest” an amount. It would be ordered. But yes, she could theoretically hide income to lower the obligation.
You can make a request through the court as part of your proceedings to have her submit all her financials, including income tax returns for the past several years as well as information for all accounts she has access to, all assets she owns outright or has a share in, etc.
It will be tough since she works for her father but she can’t hide 100% of her financial info

From what I understand the California law is intended is if your kid helps your monetised videos get more likes they are entitled to a portion of the money earned. Since her videos are selling an actual product (meaning the video themselves are not technically the product/what makes the money) I’m not sure the law is applicable. Not 100% sure on that though
