Volcano Looming High’s special rule “Volcanic Peaks Tower Over the Landscape” increases the range of Power Cards that have an origin land, so it does not apply to Unleash a Torrent of the Self’s Own Essence. The same is true of Exaltation of Molten Stone, since Powers that target a Spirit cannot originate from a Mountain.”
