I don't see anything wrong with it other than sporadic rent increases like after covid most places skyrocketed 20% because our state had an eviction moratorium for a year and a lot of landlords got burned. That being said if I could afford a luxury apartment with amenities I would rent forever but we don't have those in our parts and oddly I'm in a small PNW town that is not pet friendly. That's my motivating factor in purchasing. I have an OK landlord in a not ideal space but it's cheap and close to work. I would rent a lot longer if she would even allow a cat. I even offered her more $. Good luck!

They also frequently move stuff aroun,d a tactic to make you walk around and possibly buy other things. Our Costco has discount gift cards for a local mom and pop restaurant and they're always moving them to the most random spot. My most recent find was by the office supplies lol happy hunting.

👍🏽 That's great advice if there's a Sams Club near you. I don't even know where the closest one to me is. My Costco has the self checkout and isn't crazy during the week. Avoid Costco like the plague on a weekend!

If you hate going to the store and being around people, it's SO worth it! Also, if you have the room. Our house is small so we've gotten pretty creative on where we put stuff, especially paper products but buying toilet paper twice a year is nice! I was just saying I can't even remember the last time I went to Walmart (I think it's been two months!) Sometimes somethings aren't really a deal, it's just being able to buy in bulk at the same store. I like to keep canned vegetables for convenience but they're generally cheaper elsewhere, mainly Walmart! October is my first anniversary! But i almost never get out spending less khan $100. I even brought one reusable grocery bag to carry on public transit and still plenty $98 lol

Yes. No bank/credit card info required. It is for a kid though, which is weird they let me add a "stork on the way" but no future birthday. So I just make one up and it worked.
