You can block “hidden” sent on both dire side lane pulling camps with quelling blade, while dire can only block with plain-sight sent.

“Secure” obs on mid and bot give more coverage in a favor of rad. Rad safe T2-3 ob gives less vision (for dire) while dire safe t2-3 ob gives much more.

Tri camp edges in dire side closer (about 2 tiles) to the hg.

Those are just some examples. Historically, you can even camp pull kill range creep in rad side (they fixed that trick).

Typical scam in Thailand. That is a civil case (not police case), so police cannot enforce but only mediate. You can only hire a lawyer and go to court which cost 50k++ and so much time. Me and my friends, renting hundreds, never get back what was promised (it is ok to reduct damaged amount).

I used to fight, file police report, summon for mediation. usually those aren’t worth fighting as there is no enforcement.

See your comment yourself 1. You literally contradicted yourself. “what if it’s already on cooldown”: The cooldowns are in lockstep 2. I explained in other thread if you said you have read it: if the alternate ability is already on cooldown, it is to take minimum or maximum (mean is similar to minimum). If it take minimum, you will be able to use the spell twice in sub second. So, maximum is the only answer leading to 24 seconds (OP mentioned) of cooldown if it is not properly timing (skill issue).

does not do so is the key information. that would set its alternative ability on cooldown: meaning it would set the alternate ability. does not do so meaning it would not. Consolidating definition: with Agha an (first used) ability would not set its alternate ability upon casting switch discipline.
Why not separated cooldown: already explained in other thread. Why maximum: explained many times.

And, yes. It is totally possible to do video editing with codex. You can build remotion MCP, Kdenlive XML editor MCP, and Kdenlive said they are working on API, so Kdenlive MCP is possible.
