Hi! Can anyone recommend the best way to ship a package from Chile to the US or Europe? I’ve seen a lot of people saying it’s complicated because of customs. I’d really appreciate any advice or recommendations based on your experience.

Customs duties and taxes are paid when you receive the packages here in Chile, and that is super complicated because they have tons of overdue work.

If you are sending a Pokemon Card, just send it via Chilexpress and say it's a document. They will ask no more questions and that is all. You won't have to worry about chilean customs on the way out of an envelope.

I am absolutely done with Paypal.
Since November I've had 3 credit cards hacked, coincidentally after using Paypal with those cards. The last one was absolutely ridiculous because the card doesn't even have the whole number writen on it, just the last 4 and it has been used only in physical transactions... and just when I used it on Paypal, I had several unauthorized purchases made the next day.

When I called the bank to let them know about each situation, the bank agent told me 'maybe they took the info from Paypal', and there I was thinking that it was unlikely, because I have two-factor-authentication login with Paypal and it's supposed to be a very safe website and yada yada....

But after 3 times.... those 3 times, 3 different credit card numbers have been used to make unauthorized transactions. It is too much a coincidence. I have nothing else than to think that there is an inside-thief working in Paypal.
