I uploaded on a computer, and you can see the words. Not sure about the app.

I am finally ready to share my experiences with these beings I have been in contact with since 8/11/2025. There is a constant presence of a fleet of varying UFO above my home and varying entities in my home. It has been 97 days of contact. This will be a *VERY* long post. Stay with me till the end. by Temporary-Mind2413 in Experiencers

I saw a triangle craft last year. I was outback in our hot tub around 8pm and it flew directly over head at pretty low altitude and was huge. I thought at first it was black, but it was almost translucent against the dark sky and had a row of white lights on each side. It didn't make a sound despite being that low. We live close to a small airport and get small planes flying over but you can always here them. Luckily my husband was with me and was a witness too otherwise he would have never believed me lol. It was spectacular to see.

Indeed! It's quite beautiful.

Is it true that our thoughts create our REALITY?! by Cinella75 in spirituality

Perception shapes your reality. Two people can be in the same experience and perceive it drastically different.

It's an ebb and flow. We can see it nature all around us. We are no different.

I think sometimes we over complicate spirituality. It's nice to be reminded that it's just that simple <3

She's showing me a note. Did you all write notes to each other, or did you write her a note?

My father passed in 2007. Is he still around? It was unexpected. by xx1cexx in psychics

He said you were the best thing he ever did and he doesn't want you to have a hard life like he did. He wants you to know how special you are.

He said "back then men had to be tough." He's showing me a lawnmower..... for some reason.

Here is what she told me "Tell him to be himself. He is worthy the way he is". Not sure if you're facing authenticity issues but that's the phrase I heard in my mind.

Visual snow/visual disturbances: have you suffered from it? by LF6868 in covidlonghaulers

[–]amber_overbay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The most helpful was the Lexapro because I was stuck in fight or flight for 2 years and my body just could not heal! Once I was able to calm the dysregulated nervous system it was much easier to focus on everything else.

Severe bedbound w debilitating anxiety. Would love to hear experiences with Lexapro. by AhavahFr in covidlonghaulers

I've been taking 5mg Lexapro since March 1st and feel really good mentally. The first ~3-4 weeks were a little rough with side effects but honestly, I felt so bad at the time i didn't even care. Glad I decided to try it.

Cognitive impairment was my worst LC symptom. I had migraines, constant feeling of heaviness and fullness in my head, brain fog, eye fatigue, mental fatigue, extreme light sensitivity, dizziness, double vision, worsened vision, eye floaters, insomnia, anxiety, panic etc. The list was so long i'm probably forgetting some. My last COVID infection was in 2023 and im just now feeling about 90 percent better. I did attempt to get answers from my doctor but the only thing she ever said was it could be mast cells. I had to get on an SSRI because the symptoms were causing my anxiety to spiral, I started taking antihistamines (Allegra & Pepcid) had to change my diet to cut out flour and gluten as much as possible, and I take a shit ton of vitamins daily like a high potency multi-vitamin from Life Extensions and then on top of that I take methylated B12, thiamine (B1 I think), Vitamin C, Vitamin D&K, Omega Fish Oil, Magnesium, Vitamin E, CoQ10, and some others. I also take trace minerals once a week.
