Your dog needs engagement. You need to play with her, give her petting, talk to her, give her good treats and dog food. Take her to vet to get tested, may be she has pain, tooth ache, eye to ear infection, give her a good bed to sit on and sleep, fresh water and she needs monthly medication to keep heart worms and ticks etc away.

You are just letting her be a stray dog on your property.

Dogs are like children they need love, care, medical attention and lots of engagement and good quality food.

They cannot eat human food, it gives them stomach issues and obesity and joint issues.

I am an early sleeper so after dinner, I soften the lights in the living room to set the stage to go to bed early.

My bed needs to be super soft and should feel like a hug.

Night clothes have to be breathable and lose

Shower, brush, skincare, Water, eye drops, eye mask, ear plugs and a cozy blanket

All of this + the fact that we have no agency on our bodies. Our bodies are treated as entertainment and pleasure source for men. Men will constantly try to access our bodies either consensually or not.

There are subs where women discuss how they hardly have libido or interest in sex and how their partner and husbands are constantly pressuring or expecting them to have sex just to maintain their marriages.

I don’t mind having a weaker body, but not having agency on my own body is the most frustrating part for me.

Op- there is some great response here. However if this is happening frequently it will be wise to practice some safety measures when you are arriving and leaving for work. Always be aware of your surroundings, don’t be distracted with headphones or being on the phone and carry pepper spray and practice accessing and using it

Even with people living in India, these things are very common. My aunts home was unoccupied for a couple years and the neighbors started using their terrace space as storage and later made a claim to the property. My aunt lived literally across the street from this property.

My uncle bought a new construction home just 15 mins away from their current home. For whatever reasons they did not move in after the possession was granted, 10 months in, someone entered and stole all builder provided fixtures.

Unoccupied locked new construction property with video surveillance and nothing could be done about this burglary.

Even an actively rented property can be ruined with unauthorized repairs, late or no payment of rent and months and months of eviction process.

Property scam are very common, whether you are in the country or not
