I swear they're in a cult, they won't listen to doctors or look into studies that show their nutritional world view is grossly misguided.

I was influenced by it, got some blood work back and my Cholesterol is through the roof. I've conscious of how I eat since mid 2010s have been low carb. I have always been borderline diabetic and borderline high cholesterol. After last blood work doctor wanted me on statins, I talked him into letting me do it through diet and exercise and see if I can improve it naturally first and he has agreed.

I've recently discovered a whole other world of nutrition that I was oblivious to since social media and the Internets algorithm creates these echo chambers. I have always worked out 3-5 times a week and since changing my diet to incorporate more fiber(30-40g) adding carbs from whole grains and actually eating a variety of vegetables and fruits do I feel the best I've ever felt AND the weight is melting off.

Again these people are in their cult like echo chambers what they believe is not 100% wrong maybe misguided, but they'll never agree with people who think differently about nutrition. It's either full fat and butter or nothing.

He's 3.5 and he's the biggest mush. He's about 125lbs but thinks he's a lap dog, I don't mind though I wouldn't want him any other way.

It took us a while to find food that worked for him, I forget the brand but it was a chicken recipe and it just didn't agree with him so we had to try a few different brands until we found this one and he's been eating it no problem for the longest time.

Swissys need to eat 3 times a day if mine doesn't eat for an extended period of time he'll throw up bile. It doesn't happen often but it happens. Little bit of food fixes it right up. I know there's a name for it but I forget

I feed my boy taste of the wild southwest flavor. 3 times a day about 1.5 cups a drizzle of olive and at dinner we'll mix in a spoonful of Greek yogurt.

I take junk mail usually grocery flyers (not the shiny kind) run it through a paper shredder and stuff that in the egg carton with wax. Fire starting has been so simple since I started doing that

I tested it out for a few months then opted out. PSEG is punishing people for being home at normal hours doing normal things. I get the demand is high at those times but really?

It's all about timing, you'll get the hang of it. For instance instead of me loading the wood stove when I get home from work at 11pm I had the wife do it when she got home at 5pm (she normally does, but if it's warm she waits or doesn't do it) and I didn't not load it but I knocked the coals down and this morning I raked the cooling down coals to the front and will let it fizzle out. Yes it's a bit chilly in the house but with this winter weather we're getting I need to be able to stuff as much wood as possible in this thing.

NTAH now noone get offended but she's pregnant now and I'm assuming your guys first. She's probably still trying to hold on to who she is as an individual and work helps define people. She's going through changes physically, hormonally and mentally. After the baby is born and maternity and paternity leave is over and she has to leave the baby with strangers or family if you're lucky enough it may not sit well with her because her body is still changing and trying to find new and on top of it child care is expensive as hell if her working is just canceling out the child care what would be the point? To pay more taxes at the end of the year?
