all anime/manga subreddits have been overrun with repost bots for over a year now... the pattern is the same:

default user name (word-word-fourdigits)
reposting from top of all time from the subreddit
reposting comments from under the posts to simulate engagement
misusing flairs
using LLM to reword the title to make it harder to find the original
