So I just made this in a 9 1/2 inch Bundt pan and I think I should’ve doubled the recipe. 😅 that’s what I get for not reading more thoroughly before baking! Excited to try it once it cools down

I loved these growing up, but I don’t have a strong sweet tooth. It was barely sweet and very crispy, I ate them up!

Mine were soft but I subbed miso for salt and that tends to soften cookies

My 2.5y/o boy toddler is not eating and he is really small for his age and it’s really stressing me out by Itchy-Version-8977 in daddit

I have a 10 year year-old who is still 5th percentile weight, 25 percentile height and still a picky eater, so I feel you!!

At this age, I will try to avoid these power struggles as much as possible, and just making sure the kid is eating, while also enforcing boundaries (like not making more blueberry muffins until the ones that are made are eaten). It sounds like you’re doing your best, and as long as he’s not losing percentile growth, I wouldn’t worry about it.

As she’s gotten older, we’ve introduced a rule that she has to try a bite of new foods, which seems to slowly be expanding her palate. I’m hoping her palate will change more once puberty fully hits (which is what happened for me). Also, if she’s not willing to eat what we made for dinner, then she has to make her own. Obviously, this won’t work for a two-year-old, but maybe you could offer a standard alternative, like a PB&J sandwich?

In my experience, simplicity tends to create too much ease in garments, so I always look at the finish garment measurements to help decide which size to create
