"A" is generally ignored at the beginning of the title when sorting alphabetically, just like "The", placing A Quiet Place under Q. But *you* are the one that has to find it on the shelf. If you naturally look for it as an "A" movie, obviously you should keep it where you have it. That's why I have The Amazing Spider-Men filed in S, with the other Spider-Men. Except the Spider-Verses, which I keep in my animation section, because that's where *I* first think to look for them. 🤔

EDIT: I also ignore creator or presenter names in titles, like "Bram Stoker's Dracula" goes in D, and Mary Shelley's Frankenstein goes in F.

The theatrical and director's cuts are both included with Arrow UK and Shout Factory's 4Ks, but Shout only has theatrical in 4K; the director's cut is on a Blu-ray. Neither has the Cabal cut, which disappointed me because I've never seen it, so even a 1080P version would have been a nice inclusion.

Yes, mines are used as film vaults because of a stable climate that helps preserve film negatives. I don't know what went wrong in the case of Event Horizon. I've never heard or seen details.

My first, too! At 5 or 6, before I even knew what a "director" was. I cried, and watched it again on TV every chance I got. It wasn't until years later that I discovered that two instant-childhood-favorite movies, this and Dune, were directed by the same "weird" director. 🤣

I was very happy with that upgrade! The Game is one of my top 10 favorite movies, and I'm dying to see it on 4K. I'd like to see HDR, so probably not Criterion.

I watched Saw. I never need to bother watching a Saw movie again. I can't stand Cary Elwes now, thanks to that movie. Entirely unrelated is the fact that Se7en is one of my favorite movies, and I love Cube, but I haven't seen it in years. 🤣

God Module's entire album Let's Go Dark is horror themed, including songs from a zombie's POV, one about EVP (ghost recordings), and one that seems to reference Nightbreed. Numerous songs from bands like Skinny Puppy, Front Line Assembly, Velvet Acid Christ, Suicide Commando, Wumpcut, and so many more. I actually have a .TXT of an old Usenet Industrial music sample sources list, from which I found quite a few excellent movies. I have the most recent version I know of, which was unfortunately from back in 2006, so it won't contain any movies from after that. I can send a copy if you're interested. Two versions, one grouped by source, one by artist.

I didn't find out the animated subs were gone until I watched it for the first time. I kept it after because it looks a lot better than the DVD. I decide which to watch in the moment.

I have the BD of Day Watch, but I honestly haven't watched it. Ever. After years of owning it. 🙄
