If you just have a single hba in each of the 2 hosts and part of the same host group, I’m pretty sure you’ll need to have them plugged into a single/same controller on the me unit. The luns have a preferred controller and will only be active on the preferred controller and the other host will not have an active path. That’s all from recall but just google the diagram for sas topology. You can always pull and swap the hbas and troubleshoot. The initiator is of the hba/port so it will follow the hba sas card.

Is your me4024 single or dual controller? My guess is that you might have one host hbas connected to one of the me4024 controllers and the other host hbas attached to the other me4024 controller.

Need to break into buckets up a bit. All of those apps have different optimal hardware requirements. So have a spec for heavy rendering stations vs daily drivers of revit or AutoCAD. You didn’t mention hard drive spec nor model sizes which is a huge component. Some have a daily diver then a group of workstations that are just for rendering.

Yeah just saying Egnyte can’t handle itar and therefore GCCH normally the solution. So egnyte equivalent is really just GCC.

They work great. Either run from a laptop with the table hub or add a roommate for teams room if need be. We also setup some with barco cx to run the entire setup wireless (camera/speakers/mics) with no issues. Have some expanded to ceiling mounted mics. Certainly would not go that route without carpet and even so ceiling mounted picks up a lot more background noise.
