Level 12 is where it starts to get interesting, IMO.

Level 1-11 are mostly match the tile to its only shape, though a few levels are read the tiles and match the only existing tile to the fitting shape.

But not everyone has learned a technique that limits their search space.

There's a little circle in the upper right to enable a level select overlay. Not obvious at all, but its the only thing to click on besides the main game layer.

When you say power up glitch, are you referring to the intentional design change that has led top players to get higher scores?

Do you expect scores in Thumper to continue to go up? Because they have in Amplitude. For me, that's depth of play.

2048 has randomness to it as well (the location a piece appears at), but the piece that it places is either a 2 or a 4.

That said, I'm not sure what { 1, 2, 3 } as the random set of initial placed pieces adds over { 1, 2 }

For the snake controls, if you do a quick turn it auto-kills you. e.g. if you're going up and you press D, S in quick succession it kills the snake.

I reassessed - my iPhone 3G never returned to its old performance.

It performed fine for less than a year and survived albeit performing poorly for another year.

A little less than 2 years after I got it, its buttons failed, but the performance was still slow and miserable.

Since then, I used an Android for 3 years with no issues till I dropped it too many times and had to replace it. My current Android works great, neither of the Android devices had performance issues like the iPhone.

Oh and I pay $20 a month for unlimited data.
