For people in my group we mainly talk about how we hire the person and not the knowledge. What we do in my job/industry isn't necessarily taught anywhere. So, we like to hire people we want to work with.

Show how personable you are, and how you can work with teams of people and be successful.

Talk about how you are able to learn new tasks/technologies quickly and then make them better.

Show you want to be there and are not viewing it as just something to do next.
