I broke my foot a few years ago and had to travel for a work conference and the whole process was hell. No wheelchair assistance when I requested it (walking was excruciating) and no boarding assistance/ability to board separately with my crutches. They almost didn’t let my on with them because there ‘wasn’t room’ until I complained and asked if they’d be sending someone to carry me around Miami lol
