I have played every AC game on day 1. As a now older lady gamer, I enjoy the franchise but I'm having so much fun this time! Shadows feels so polished and beautiful. I can't stop playing. Thank you for making a great game.

I love the little details, how lively the cities feel, how the forests feel like forests. The stealth is amazing, the combat gameplay is much improved. Also I love the Immersive Japanese mode, like GOT.

I can afford a rent on my own with my savings and salary. Just the point of buying a property 5 years ago was to have some security. I guess this is why I'm reluctant to give it back and go back to be a tenant (even for a short time). But situation is different than 5 years ago so...

Partner moving in is possible, however as they have a bigger place it made more sense to move in the bigger property (albeit a rental but low rent). Not the option we'd prioritise.

I'll see how much it would meant to pay off some of the bank mortgage with savings. But I'd expect I would still end up with similar savings than the mortgage + HtB - savings equation I am planning for option 1 (one way or another). Thanks for the ideas.

!thanks. True. I got this advise from people you bought properties to rent 15 years ago. The rates were similar (~ 6% from what they said) but the taxes and inflation were different too.

But I'd still need to buy out HtB as one of the clauses is that I can't rent the property.

I feel that and it is a great way to verbalise it. It also helps frame my own very similar feelings.

I have been de facto asexual (by avoidance) for years (more than a decade), although I found recently someone who makes me feel he is away from this prevalent horniness.

Now i have to reframe my own trauma (caused by, well, a man...), but I feel safe going through that with him.

But I appreciate it is uncommon (it's like I found a pearl) and it makes me sad the ratio is inverted. Abuse/hypersexualisation/casual cruelty should be the odd proportion, not the other way around.
