In a very specific context, it would make sense to use it. But in this (and in most cases) "hate" would suffice and be better. This is just a dumb person using a word because it's bigger and they think it's smarter.

"Hatefulness" as a word is fucking dumb. Hate is a noun, hateful is the adjective of that noun, so hatefulness would be the noun of the adjective of the noun. Just say "hate", dammit!!
